Pomodoro Technique

Its the innate of human beings that we can enhance our productivity by setting limits. And yes pomodoro technique is one of them. I really enjoyed this technique while doing the online course.

I set the limit when i was doing the course. It helped me to focus on my work more consistently because i had in my mind that i have to complete it in this time and that helped me a lot to do work more efficiently. I took break also but after taking short break my potential to do work enhanced and it is the best thing which we need while doing our work.

The one difficulty which I faced while using this technique is that I was not habitual of this technique before that is why I was getting the idea again and again that I have to complete it till this time and by this idea I got my attention diverted.

This helped me in completing my course in short time than before and I enjoyed it, I will use this technique in future too while doing my tasks within time.

I will do it more attentively when i will do it again. I will set limit according the nature of task that how much time it will take to be accomplished. I will take short breaks while using pomodoro technique to boost up my energy level and to do work with more attention.
