Day to day problems..

we normally take 300 plus decisions in a day, it consists of every day to day things we do. what do i want to work on today, what to eat which place, do i have to move my right leg now, do i have to read this blog now all comes under the decision making.

In this all the work dose not bother us, most of our work is inbuilt in our sub consciousness.we decide and work on those instinctively, but the work becomes a problem and bothers us when it goes out of our comfort zone.

Every day i prefer to wake up with a fresh mindset, happy and clear mind what i am going to do today, also the day is going to be active and useful. But it dose not happen every day some days it will be to worse I wont even fell of getting of the bed and going for a yoga class.

so i am figuring out how to wake up fresh, I am practicing the Gratitude stone every night. when you go to bed with a clean and fulfilled mind that changes your body chemicals and will help in attaining a quality sleep and clear awakening for the next day. I practice these question what am i going to learn tomorrow and the next day is going to be good and fun. I have personally seen change with this practice.

Appetite:

I have a very uncontrolled Appetite and bad digestion problem. Every morning breakfast is a big decision maker for my half days activeness, so its very important and crucial decision from my point. I have a very sensitive stomach during morning time, if i eat any thing with high carb or masala i am done for the morning. I feel sleepy and drowsy from the second of finishing breakfast it will be extreme and uncontrolled, i thought it was normal and every goes through this. Then i found having a serious issue for digestion.

I am being careful and controlled in the kind food intake and quantity i eat normally in the breakfast preferring blunt food. I found that small is beautiful for me and eating in small intervals of time.

I am losing my focus on work i do, so it costs me double work to be done. I will have a plan of fishing the work in maximum one hour but at end, i would have moved out for min of 4 times. speaking to some one or going for a drinking, some time feels kiddish why am i fooling myself with these kinds of stuffs.

Now i am clear of were i fool myself, so i am practicing the “out of box”. Instead of moving from the place i spend few minute of forgetting the work i do and dream, visualize the moment i want and coming back to start the work.

we be default have three assignments in a day and every work will take at least of 3 hrs to complete. But it generally takes more than planned to finish the work. The work generally need detailed research online, other hand online is filled with data in loads. Its very hard to figure out what data we want and where to look for data, we will start at one place and new topics will come at end of one hour. I would have the feeling of not getting into any shape and feel stressed.

So i am working on building a frame work and work by that. If i take a topic first i am going to figure out how what to find, how much time to find data, perfectly what questions i want to search and get the data i want.

I am loosing more weight after starting this fellowship, I am pushing my body and mental capacity to limits i thought could not happen personally. what ever i eat well also in am reducing my weight.

I am planing of having a track on my weight and want to take high nutritious food for my body conditions. simply punting some care and effort towards the food quality content is the thing i going to do.
