It is the most important thing in everyone’s life, especially for COVID-19 disease. But weather it is covid-19 or any other disease Exercise helps to handle it better. young generation follow less specially job going because they think they don’t have a time to exercise but actually its not true. There are many reasons like time, don’t have knowledge about exercise, low motivation and many other reasons. Exercise keeps you fit, healthy, prevent from any diseases, sleep better, get more energy, reduce depression or negative thoughts, bring positive .

Today many successful people do exercise early in the morning because they know health is first priority and it also helps to do their other activity easily. It is a keystone habit of successful and healthy people. There are people whose age is more than 60 know that doing regular exercise helps them live longer. Exercise doesn’t mean build muscle, build body but there are also other forms of exercise like Aerobic exercise, stretching exercises and also include swimming ,running are for flexibility and endurance. So if you want for flexibility then for that particular exercise and for endurance exercises.Sometimes we know that it helps but we can’t implement and even after implementing we can’t continue sometimes we see that there is no benefit but doing exercises is itself a long process. Sometimes we don’t know how to do it. So below is some points HOW TO DO IT.

1. MAKE GOALS: — You need to decide what kind of exercise that suits you best and how much time you will give it. Make goals and plan to take action and stick to it or ask friend for advice. If you know clearly about exercise then you can maintain and stick to the exercise.

2. START SMALL: —It is also most important habit. Whatever type of exercises you take like doing push ups do it five push ups which is not big thing but if you do daily and increase count by 1 after 15 days or one month you will be doing 15 to 20. Initially don’t set for bigger goals. Start from small and slowly build up and to achieve something bigger.
For instance,When you set up a successful business you need to work on small business then gradually it becomes huge.

3. SCHEDULED IT :- At first you need to find out time then plan for small sessions of workout.We can even use time while watching TV or any other stuff.We can also use home workout than gym workouts.Every habit must be perform be scheduled. Fix a block time and do it daily. When you scheduled it then it is routine and discipline also.Make as a routine so that it becomes a automatic. Your body is moving automatic, effortlessly but at initial stage you need make deliberate and conscious effort to make routine.

4. INSTANT GRATIFICATION :- Though you can feel great after doing exercise instantly.but when to build a body that takes time,effort,discipline and patience.in today’s world everything we need instantly but the fundamental can not work this way. No one can build a body or anything through instant gratification.Building a body or anything requires process and effort and patience. Always Keep in mind to achieve any goal need a steps and many steps together closer to a goal.

5.MAKE CUES : — You have to make triggers or cues to easily get on track or start a exercise like suppose to build a biceps keep dumbbells near where you exercise or if you are going to running then make reminder or use alarm or place shoes near to your bed.We can also take a 10 minutes walk or move our body so that we are ready for workout.

6.USE MUSIC : — Use headphones or loudspeaker to play music while doing exercises. Believe me it’s really help me to stay engage,a kind of fun and also feel good and it really help to make a routine. You never feels boredom. It improves quality of your exercise and mood.

7.CONSCIOUS ABOUT PAIN:- There is old saying”NO PAIN , NO GAIN” but doing exercise is a different thing. If you feel pain then you might get injured and quit and might be perception or gap this are the reasons to quit because feel something negative about it. Exercise is a step by step process and when we do something physical hard effort then first focus on your body comfortableness. Don’t copy someone because their body work differently.

8.JUST DO IN SHORT SESSION: — Most of the people who are sitting for a long period of time as they are busy with their work can also do it quickly. Just stand from your sit and do some stretches for 10 to 15 minutes or take break and walk on the floor for some time. Try this frequently while doing your work so you feel really energetic, productive, stress free and active.

9. CHOOSE THAT SUITS BEST: — There are some people think that exercise means going to gym, Running etc. But simply exercise means moving your body so that your blood circulation flows through your body that can help you feel good, active, fresh and energetic. So you can choose dancing, stretching, playing any sports which involves body movement, swimming and many other activities as you can search it.

I actually realize that doing exercise means adding such a good habit In your life makes you a very productive, better person and also helps to effectively doing all other task c ompletely and you are being in positive mindset.
